1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CloudforCraft website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on CloudforCraft's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by CloudforCraft at any time.
3. Training Services
CloudforCraft provides cloud engineering and DevOps training services. All training programs require enrollment and payment of applicable fees. Course materials, schedules, and instructors are subject to change without notice.
3.1 Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment in our programs requires completion of our application process and payment of tuition fees. Payment terms and schedules will be provided during the enrollment process.
3.2 Attendance and Participation
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in coursework. Excessive absences may result in removal from the program without refund.
3.3 Certification
Certificates of completion are awarded to students who successfully complete all program requirements. CloudforCraft certificates do not guarantee employment or third-party certification success.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, are the property of CloudforCraft and are protected by international copyright laws. Students may use materials solely for educational purposes during enrollment.
5. Student Code of Conduct
Students must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are available according to our published refund policy. Generally, refunds are available within the first week of program start for unused portions of tuition, minus administrative fees.
7. Disclaimer
The materials on CloudforCraft's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. CloudforCraft makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitations
In no event shall CloudforCraft or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website, even if CloudforCraft or its authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the website and services.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that province.
11. Changes to Terms
CloudforCraft reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
